1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on FOOTCASH, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use FOOTCASH. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. User Accounts

• Maximum 3 accounts per IP address/network
• Fullname must be 5-14 characters, English letters and numbers only
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts for violations

4. VIP Plans and Tasks

VIP plans are activated upon payment. Daily profits are earned by completing video tasks. We reserve the right to modify plan benefits or pricing with notice.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply
• All deposits must be approved by admin before crediting
• Withdrawal requests are subject to review and processing time
• We may request identity verification for large transactions

6. Referral Program

Referral commissions are paid on 3 levels: 8%, 4%, 2% from deposits and 7%, 3%, 1% from task profits. Creating fake accounts to abuse referrals will result in permanent ban.

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use bots, scripts, or automation to complete tasks
• Create multiple accounts to exploit bonuses
• Engage in fraud, money laundering, or illegal activities
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the platform

8. Welcome Bonus

New users receive a $5.00 welcome bonus upon registration. This bonus cannot be withdrawn directly and is subject to our withdrawal rules.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, suspicious activity, or at our discretion.

10. Limitation of Liability

FOOTCASH is provided "as is". We are not liable for any losses, including loss of funds, due to platform downtime, hacks, or user errors.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
